These sticks are 3/8 inch wide and 6 1/4 inches long and spring loaded to hold a sand paper belt that you can rotate as it wears so you always have a new piece of sand paper to use. The tip can sand anywhere. XX Fine is equal to 500 grit. Replacement belts are available
